Heading northbound on I-91 (toward Hartford) take exit 23 to Rocky Hill/West Street. Turn left off exit onto West St.

Heading southbound on I-91 (toward New Haven) take exit 23 to Rocky Hill/West Street. Turn right off exit onto West St.

• Once on West St. go through one set of lights then turn right at next lights onto Cromwell Ave (Route 3).

• Within half a mile you will pass Rocky Hill Car Wash on your left and a Valero gas station on your right.

• Take the next left turn onto Rhodes Rd. The third house on your right will be #21 - Creative Therapies Wellness Center.

• Park in the rear and enter the building via the ramp.  The waiting room is on your left.  Welcome!
