As a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, Anne has come to understand the immense value of restoring wholeness and balance to the human energy field. Healing Touch is endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association and there are medical doctors and nurses utilizing Healing Touch in many major hospitals across the country.
Gentle touch, which may be on or off the body, works with your energy field to support your own natural ability to heal. It is a relaxing, nurturing and energizing therapy assisting in balancing your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Anne regards this modality as a sacred healing art and has found that five minutes of Healing Touch is as valuable as twenty minutes of massage in regards to the benefits of achieving a truly deep sense of relaxation. It is also a wonderful way of gathering and imparting information regarding the integrity and health of our physical and non-physical selves and shows where we can participate more fully in our healing journey.
