The Bach Flower Remedies – Questionnaire & Guide To Your Own Personal Formula

Bach Flower Essences are indicated for a person according to her/his particular temperament, state of mind, and personal character. Dr Bach considered these aspects of a person’s nature to be of the utmost importance because he found that disharmony within oneself was the root cause of disease. He believed that if a patient’s emotional/mental balance was corrected, the body’s natural ability to throw off illness would be strengthened.

The list below is a valuable summary of the Bach Flower Essences.  Look closely and honestly at yourself.  When you first read the descriptions, it may seem like they all apply to you.  And indeed, we have experienced, or will experience, most of the feelings described here at one time or another!  Check the questions you feel strongly apply to you at this moment.  If you answer yes to all three questions in one group, then this essence should be part of your formula.

HOW TO TAKE THE BACH FLOWER ESSENCES
The essences can be prepared in two ways.

1)  Add two drops of each chosen essence to a glass of water or juice and sip throughout

2) You can also place two drops of each essence into a one-ounce amber glass dropper bottle filled three-quarters with spring water. You can combine 6 to 7 essences in your dosage bottle. You may want to add a teaspoon of brandy, apple cider vinegar, or vegetable glycerin as a preservative. This is your treatment bottle. Ideally, you take four drops four times a day by mouth, particularly upon rising in the morning and before bedtime.

For those who are unable to swallow or who are alcohol sensitive, the essences can be applied externally by moistening the lips, wrists, and temples.
